Oh, what a night!

Rosie's Roadshow 2025 started off in Brantford Ontario at The Rope Factory, and what an incredible success it was!

Networking, Interactive / Facilitated Workshops, Dinner, Treats, Raffles, Mindfulness Practice...

..and more!
Co-CEO Amy and Zoe share insights into their founding story.

It was incredible to see how our facilitated intergenerational conversations lead to connection, and in turn into potential for business leaders to make change for their businesses and the people they love!

Intergenerational Conversations

Having the Conversations No One Thought They Wanted to Have

Rosie’s Roadshow creates space for the hard conversations people didn’t realize they needed to have, helping them show up more authentically in their messy, imperfect lives and workplaces.

By addressing challenges that are often overlooked—like aging, caregiving, intergenerational dynamics, and workplace longevity—Rosie’s Roadshow fosters meaningful dialogue that equips individuals and organizations to face these realities with empathy and courage. These conversations empower people to embrace the complexities of life and work, turning discomfort into opportunities for growth, connection, and lasting change.
Our Leadership Labs are just the beginning—they open the door to meaningful conversations that spark transformation. What’s most exciting is when these initial discussions evolve into custom-designed workshops and roadshows tailored to your audience.

Whether it’s engaging your workforce to empower employees, connecting with your aging clientele to deepen relationships, or creating a community-focused pop-up event, we collaborate with you to bring these conversations to life in impactful and personalized ways.

The Rosie's Roadshow Difference

We run custom programming to meet the theme of our events.

  • Sustainable Wellbeing, Age Tech & AI, HR Innovation and Workforce Strategies, Succession Planning and more
  • We focus on outcomes in each event. When we do a custom event, we make sure to curate our programming and activities to the goals.

Active, Engaged Conversation Leads to Productivity

If you're a business struggling with productivity, helping people find what they have in common can spark a huge change in workplace efficacy.

"There are different perspectives, but we all have something in common."

We heard from attendees about what they are going through at work and at home, as they navigate their loved ones getting older, their own life transitions and what it means to know that 1 in 4 Canadians will soon be 65 or older.
The feedback is in - it feels good to try something new, like Rosie's Roadshow, and it is also really appreciated to win a prize and get some treats!

The Raffle Prizes so generously given by our sponsors, partners and members of the Brantford Community were a huge hit!

Our Unique Programming

Our facilitated workshops and interactive programming incorporate intergenerational perspectives.

  1. We look at different ages and stages to find the opportunity for growth and connection.
  2. We review the potential challenges in each generation and search for solutions.
  3. We create moments of integration for our Solution Partners and partners, so that as people reach their own conclusions, supports are right there to assist.

Making things more Rosie!

Rosie's Roadshow is co-owned by Amy Altwerger, who has 20+ years experience in HR, Adult Leadership Training and Development. Co-owner Zoe Share started her career as a Elementary Teacher and ran a Social Marketing Agency for 8 years.

Together, with a team of facilitators, creators and leaders, Rosie's Roadshow is creating a new pathway for the future.

Cross Industry, Cross Functional

Our attendees come from all walks of life or as we say at Rosie's, from all ages and stages.

We love seeing people coming together around what makes us the same: we are all aging.

Your Feedback Tells Us We're Successful!

Watching new people build relationships is a key success metric at Rosie's. This is where the ripples begin - in person, with heart centered connection.
